At VidaMaravillosa LLC, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible while ensuring smooth operations for our team and partners. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. TOUR CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the timing of your cancellation:
More than 30 days before departure:
Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
15–29 days before departure:
50% refund of the total tour cost
14 days or less before departure:
No refund available
Please note: Some tours may include non-refundable components (e.g., flights, local services). These will be disclosed at the time of booking.
2. CUSTOM OR PRIVATE TOUR BOOKINGS
Custom itineraries and private group tours may have different cancellation policies, depending on third-party providers. These will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
3. NO-SHOWS OR LATE ARRIVALS
Guests who fail to arrive at the scheduled departure time or cancel after the tour has begun will not be eligible for any refund.
4. TOUR CANCELLATIONS BY VIDAMARAVILLOSA
In rare cases where VidaMaravillosa LLC must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, minimum group size not met), customers will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or apply credit toward a future tour
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies. VidaMaravillosa is not responsible for costs incurred due to personal emergencies or travel disruptions outside our control.
