Day 2: Santiago to San Pedro de Atacama
Fly from Santiago to San Pedro de Atacama, a charming desert village surrounded by stunning landscapes of salt flats, volcanoes, and high-altitude deserts. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the Valley of the Moon (Valle de la Luna), where you’ll witness breathtaking lunar landscapes formed by centuries of wind and water erosion. Explore the Salt Flats of Atacama and marvel at the dramatic views. In the evening, relax in the village and prepare for your stargazing adventure.
Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 3: Tatio Geysers & High Andes Tour
Get up early to explore one of the most extraordinary sites in the Atacama Desert—the Tatio Geysers. After a scenic drive through high-altitude desert terrain, arrive to witness the geothermal power of the geysers as they erupt in the cool morning air. After the geysers, continue your tour with a visit to the Machuca Village for a taste of traditional Andean culture. Finish the day with a visit to the Chaxa Lagoon in the Los Flamencos National Reserve, home to flamingos and other birdlife.

Day 4: Altiplanic Lagoons & Desert Exploration
Today’s adventure takes you into the heart of the Atacama Desert with a visit to the Altiplanic Lagoons. The Miscanti and Meñiques Lagoons are surrounded by volcanic peaks and offer stunning photographic opportunities. You’ll also visit Laguna Tebinquinche, a beautiful saltwater lagoon with clear reflections of the surrounding volcanoes. In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore the charming streets of San Pedro de Atacama or visit the Pueblo de San Pedro for its small museum and local artisan shops.
Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 5: Stargazing in the Atacama Desert
The Atacama Desert is renowned for its clear skies, making it one of the best places in the world for stargazing. After dinner, head out to an astronomical observatory for an unforgettable stargazing experience. With the guidance of expert astronomers, you’ll use high-powered telescopes to gaze at the constellations, planets, and other celestial bodies. The dry air and minimal light pollution of the desert make this an exceptional opportunity to view the night sky in its full glory.
Overnight in San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 6: Salar de Atacama & Sunset in the Desert
Spend the day exploring more of the Atacama Desert, visiting Salar de Atacama. The salt flat is home to striking landscapes, featuring salt formations and vast white plains.
